Cherry Tree Farm is a small petting farm in the Norfolk countryside near Methwold. Children can see and feed the animals through the fencing of the enclosures, and the goats are the main draw: visitors can take a goat walk down the lane, groom a goat, or spend time with the pygmy and Anglo Nubian goats. Other residents include American miniature ponies, a donkey, llamas, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens. Families can also join an egg hunt in the chicken area and book a farm tour with a guide. A newer adventure playground with climbing frames and slides gives younger children a place to burn off energy between animal visits, and there is a pop-up cafe when it is open, with picnics welcome. The farm suits young children and families who want a relaxed, hands-on morning with animals rather than a large attraction.
