Monk Park Farm

Monk Park Farm is a family farm park set across a large area of countryside near Thirsk, with a wide range of animals to meet and feed, from goats, sheep and pigs to alpacas, llamas, wallabies and small animals. Families can walk a one-mile route round the farm with feeding stations, ride the train around the fields, and let children burn off energy in the outdoor play areas, sandpit and air bouncers. An indoor role-play area and a large petting barn give younger visitors shelter when the weather turns. There is a food court, a shop and picnic space. The farm runs seasonal events through the year, including lambing and Christmas experiences, and it suits a full family day out. Because much of the site is outdoors, visitors should dress for the weather. Dogs are not allowed on the park apart from registered guide dogs.
