Caddy Gilmore's Adventure Golf is an outdoor crazy golf attraction at the Bristol Golf Centre, just off the M32 on the edge of Bristol. It has two separate 18-hole courses, each with its own theme: one is a KONG-themed course full of towering obstacles, and the other, Around the World, takes players past exotic landmarks. Families, friends and birthday groups all come here, and the courses are fully floodlit, so evening rounds are possible. The courses are described as suitable for all ages and abilities, so younger children and adults picking up a putter for the first time can play side by side. There is an on-site cafe for food and drink before or after a round. Advance online booking is recommended, particularly at busy times.
Questions parents ask
- How long should we allow for a visit?
- One review mentions spending two hours putting balls in holes, and another describes "a fun couple of hours", so you should plan for around two hours for your round of 18 holes.
- Is there a café, or should we bring a picnic?
- There is a café on site with both hot and cold food including pizzas, hot dogs, and fresh paninis, so you can refuel there after your game rather than bringing a picnic.
- Is it suitable for a range of ages?
- Yes, the courses are designed to keep everyone entertained and are suitable for all ages and abilities, from young children to adults.
- Do we need to book in advance?
- Advance booking is strongly recommended; the venue suggests purchasing tickets online to guarantee your chosen timeslot and a smooth start to your round.
