Bath City Farm is a working farm and charity on the hillside between Twerton and Whiteway, with wide views across the city. Families can meet pygmy goats, pigs, rare-breed sheep, chickens, ducks and Shetland ponies, and buy animal feed on site to hand-feed the goats and poultry. A wooden and tyre play area sits beside the café, and a nature trail leads through meadows, woodland and ponds, with a trail guide available from the farm office. The farm also runs a café with terraces overlooking the city, a farm shop selling eggs and produce, and an amphitheatre used for community events. The site is steep and sloping in places, so sturdy footwear is worth bringing. Dogs on leads are welcome outside the café building.
