Boston Park Farm is a traditional working farm on the A614 between Hatfield Woodhouse and Blaxton, near Doncaster. Children can walk an animal trail, pet and feed most of the animals, and on special days take part in animal handling sessions. The site has two outdoor play areas with swings, slides and climbing frames, plus an indoor soft play area, a sandpit and a bouncy castle for wetter days. A seasonal maize maze is one of the attractions. There is a café on site, and the farm runs baby and toddler groups, farmer parent-and-child sessions and school visits. The experience is geared towards younger children, roughly up to around ten years old, so it suits toddlers and primary-aged children and their families.
