Wollaton Hall is a Grade I listed Elizabethan mansion set in 500 acres of natural parkland. The Natural History Museum inside features the recently launched Discovering Dinosaurs Gallery, with prehistoric skeletons and fossil discoveries. The site also houses the Nottingham Industrial Museum. Visitors can explore the Deer Park & Gardens, and the venue hosts regular events including outdoor trails, concerts, and the monthly Wollaton Hall Organ performances.
Deer Park gate opening/closing times vary seasonally (park closing times PDF on website). Deer rutting Sep-Nov; calving May-Jul. Keep dogs on leads, stay at least 50m from deer, do not feed deer.
