Adventure Coast Southport is a seaside amusement park on the Merseyside coast, known locally as the Southport fair and until 2025 as Southport Pleasureland. The park is split into four themed areas, each with its own style of ride and game, so younger children and older thrill-seekers can each find something to suit. Families can try gentle carnival-style rides and classic seaside amusements, as well as faster rides for older riders. Live shows with resident performers run through the season, and there are food and drink outlets as well as picnic tables for anyone who prefers to bring a packed lunch. Entry to the park is free, and visitors pay for rides, either through an admission card topped up as needed or a day wristband released in limited numbers. The park is dog friendly, with well-behaved dogs kept on leads, and it has a miniature railway and a land train linking the entrance to Southport Pier. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
