SCRAMM Live Escape Rooms is a live escape game in the centre of Banbury. Teams are locked into a themed room and have an hour to find their way out by solving clues, riddles and puzzles. The venue offers three different rooms, including a chocolate-themed room, a bank robbery and a virus-themed room, and the site describes a mix of locks and puzzles in each. Game Masters are on hand to give hints if a team gets stuck. Groups of five or six need at least two adults aged 18 or over, and all players are expected to be over 10, so it suits families with older children, teenagers and adults playing together. Visitors often describe it as a good first escape room experience. The venue also runs team-building sessions and sells gift vouchers. Booking is taken online in advance.
