Clowntown is a large indoor play centre on the North Circular near Finchley, aimed mainly at toddlers and primary-age children. The main play frame is a multi-level climbing structure with slides, netted walkways and ball pools, while a separate under-4s zone has a baby area and a dedicated sensory room for the youngest visitors. Play is booked in timed sessions, and parents or carers must stay on site with children at all times. A cafe on the premises serves hot and cold drinks, meals and snacks, so families can make a longer visit of it. The centre also runs birthday parties in a private party area and offers a membership for regular visits. It suits families with babies, toddlers and young children looking for a safe, indoor place to burn off energy in any weather.
