Bruce Castle is a Grade I listed Tudor manor house that has been a public museum since the early twentieth century, and it sits in around twenty acres of parkland in Tottenham. The galleries tell local history stories covering the house's long life, from its Tudor origins and the families who owned it to the schools and wartime uses that followed. Families can look for a Tudor tower, a collection of objects and art, and a programme of family activities that runs alongside the exhibitions. The surrounding park has open lawns, picnic areas and a café, so a visit can combine indoor history with time outdoors. Ground-floor galleries are reached at the same level from the front entrance, while the first floor is reached by stairs or a stair lift. The museum also runs school workshops.

Park open all year round.
