Escape Entertainment runs live escape room games in a fully air-conditioned venue near Bank and Monument in central London. Teams are locked into a themed room and have an hour to solve puzzles and find their way out, with a game master on hand if they get stuck. The company describes its games as suited to families, friends, students and visitors, and it runs discounted school holiday groups for older children. Each room takes a small team, so it works well for a group of older children with adults, or for a family of teenagers. Younger children are not admitted to the games, and under-16s must be accompanied by a playing adult. Teams are photographed at the end of each game, which makes a good memory of a day out in the city.
