Itter Park is a 14-acre Green Flag award-winning public park off Fulbridge Road in Peterborough, donated to the city in memory of former mayor Arthur Itter and formally opened on 12 June 1936. It has a re-modernised children's play area, tennis courts, table tennis tables, a bowling green, outdoor gym equipment, a wildlife pond and a bee-friendly sensory garden, plus The Kiosk for refreshments. The Friends of Itter Park volunteer group works with the city council to run free family events including the Easter funday and the Summer funday, and the park has held the Green Flag award every year since 2007.
Our annual bunny hunt and Easter funday will be back on Sunday 20th April 2025. Our 2024 Summer Fun day program now available with just a few days to this years Itter Park Summer funday.
