Wandlebury Country Park is a 150-acre estate on the Gog Magog Hills just south of Cambridge, owned and cared for by local charity Cambridge Past, Present & Future since 1954. Explore woodland and meadow trails, the Iron Age hill fort and ring ditch, the 18th-century estate with walled garden, orchard and ponds, and the Banyard Wildlife Hide. Families can enjoy two woodland den-building areas, the games field, sensory nature trails, picnic benches and the seasonal pop-up cafe. Dogs are welcome on leads and there is a fenced dog run. Open every day of the year from dawn to dusk; entry is free with pay-and-display car parking.
Pop-up cafe, weather permitting: Thu-Sun 10:00-17:00 Apr-Oct (until 15:00 in winter) and most days in school summer holidays - check social media for latest details.
