Adventures Wales runs land and water activities from Porthcawl, near Cardiff. On land: muddy assault course, four waterfalls walk, laser tag, paintballing, quad biking, high ropes, rock climbing, archery and axe throwing. On water: gorge walking, canyoning, coasteering, white water rafting, surfing lessons, paddle boarding and raft building. The centre hosts school residential trips, family activity days, children's parties and corporate team building. It's a fully licensed AALA activity centre.
Summer 2026 season now bookable; school activity days, residential courses and children's parties run by arrangement.
