Go Ape Margam is a high-ropes Treetop Challenge course set in the 1,000-acre grounds of Margam Country Park near Port Talbot - the only Go Ape in Wales. Climb, balance and zip through the trees on obstacle-packed crossings, with zip wires stretching up to 180 metres, the highest platform at 14 metres, and unbeatable views over the park and Glamorgan coast. Suitable for ages 10 and up (minimum height 1.4m, max weight 130kg), the self-belay course takes 2-3 hours. Sessions run seasonally (closed over winter); book ahead online as sessions fill up fast. Paid parking available in the park, dogs welcome on leads, and you can grab refreshments at Charlotte's Pantry Cafe or bring a picnic.
