Padley Gorge is a deep, narrow wooded valley in the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire. The valley features a fast-flowing stream with mossy boulders, ancient oak-birch woodland, and scenic walking trails that are ideal for families. Part of the Yarncliff Wood, Padley Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The network of paths along the stream and through the woods offers gentle adventure for children — paddling, climbing on rocks, and exploring nature. The nearby Grindleford Station car park provides easy access.
