Dartmoor Zoo is a wildlife park set in 33 acres of woodland at Sparkwell, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and just 15 minutes from Plymouth. It is home to the biggest variety of big cats in the South West of England, plus primates, reptiles, birds and more - from Amur tigers to zebras. Highlights include daily animal talks, open-fronted cat enclosures, a children's play area made from upcycled materials, large picnic areas surrounded by big cats, a gift shop and the Jaguar Restaurant. The zoo is set in beautiful gardens with free parking and stunning views over southern Dartmoor and the South Hams. Admission includes a free Annual Pass upgrade, so you can return as often as you like for 12 months. Pre-booked tickets only - book online before you visit.
