Abington Park is Northampton's oldest and most popular park, managed by West Northamptonshire Council. It contains many fine features including Abington Park Museum (housed in a 500-year-old manor house), two lakes and a model boating lake, a children's play area, aviaries, flower displays, a garden for the blind, a cafe, toilets, tennis courts, a fitness trail, a bandstand and the historic Church of St Peter and St Paul. Entry to the park is free.
