Bolling Hall is one of Bradford's oldest buildings, with parts dating from Medieval times. For many years it was home to the Bolling and Tempest families, and it was a Royalist stronghold during the siege of Bradford in the Civil War. Rooms are furnished to show life at different periods of the house's history, with displays including a bed made by Thomas Chippendale. Entry is free. There is no cafe onsite (The Lodge Cafe is just over the road) and wheelchair access is currently limited to the entrance area.
