What’s there

Only facilities we’ve confirmed are listed — anything missing here we simply haven’t checked, rather than know to be absent.

Bamff is a 1300 acre estate on the highland edge of Perthshire, rebuilt to restore lost biodiversity. Wild beavers, introduced in 2002, have established a growing population and created a landscape transformed by their dams and woodland. You can stay in woodland glamping huts and cottages scattered across the estate: the Hideaway overlooks beaver ponds on the Cateran trail; the Rewilder's Hut and Birder's Bothy are shepherd's-style huts behind the castle; Burnieshed Cabin sits near long-established beaver dams; or choose from Easter Bamff cottage, the Gate Lodge, or the Old Brewhouse. The estate offers guided beaver watching to summer visitors.
