Inverleith Park is a large public park in Edinburgh's Inverleith area, adjacent to the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Created in 1889 from South Inverleith Mains Farm, the park offers a wide range of recreational facilities including football and rugby pitches, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a petanque terrain, and a well-maintained pond popular with model boat enthusiasts and water birds. There is a safe play area for toddlers and a junior playground, making it a great destination for families. The park also hosts the annual Foodies Festival and the Edinburgh International Science Festival, and has been used as a filming location for movies including Chariots of Fire.
