Aberaeron Beach encompasses the North and South beaches flanking the picturesque Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron in Ceredigion. The North Beach (Traeth Gogledd) is a shingle and pebble beach with sandy patches at low tide, backed by a promenade and the Wales Coast Path. The South Beach (Traeth De) offers a more sheltered experience with rocky outcrops and rockpooling opportunities. Both beaches offer views across Cardigan Bay and access to the town's cafes, shops, and harbour. The town has a playground area and the harbour area provides additional family-friendly attractions.
Dogs are restricted between the Harbour Walls and the groyne to the south of Beach Parade from May 1st to the 30th September.
