The Customs House is an arts and entertainment venue in the Mill Dam Conservation Area of South Shields, South Tyneside. Housed in a beautifully restored Grade II listed former custom house building dating from 1864, the venue features a theatre, art gallery, and studio spaces. It hosts a diverse programme of family shows, pantomime, children's theatre workshops, live music, comedy, and cultural events throughout the year. The venue also includes a café bar and is located on the waterfront overlooking the River Tyne.
