The Pottery Experience is a pottery painting and making cafe in Jesmond, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Pop in or book ahead to pick a piece of pottery to paint from a collection of mugs, jugs, unicorns, plant pots and more — priced individually from £10-40. They also offer taster throwing sessions on the potter's wheel, hand building workshops, and one-off events throughout the year. All ages and abilities are welcome, and the studio is bright, welcoming, and fully accessible. Pieces are glazed and fired to take home as unique keepsakes.
