Rock Up Hull is an indoor climbing centre with over 25 climbing walls offering more than 75 varied challenges. Standard climbing is available from age 4, with progressive routes from beginner zones to more technical walls. Climbers use automatic belay devices and receive a mandatory safety briefing before entering the arena. Beyond climbing, there's a multi-storey soft play area for younger children, a Vertical Drop Slide, and the Stairway to Heaven challenge. Climbing sessions last around 90 minutes (55 minutes of climbing time after a 30-minute safety briefing), with the option to add an extra 30 minutes. Toddler Climb & Play sessions are suitable up to age 5. The venue also runs birthday parties, NICAS climbing courses for ages 4–5 and 6–12, and SEND and autism sessions. A café is available.
