Rock Up Meadowhall has 17 climbing walls with over 70 varied challenges, using automatic belay devices so climbers of all ages can scale the walls independently and descend gently. Standard climbing is for age 4 and up; there's also a Toddler Climb & Play option suitable up to 5 years. The walls are progressive, from easy beginner zones to more technical routes. Beyond climbing, there's a multi-storey soft play area for younger children and a towering Stairway to Heaven challenge. Climbing sessions last around 60 minutes including a 20-minute safety briefing; soft play is stay-and-play. All activities are indoors. Snacks are available.
