Lickey Hills is a 524-acre country park ten miles southwest of Birmingham. Woodlands, heathland and grassland create different habitats for wildlife, and the park offers way-marked walking routes accessible from the visitor centre. The visitor centre has accessible toilets, baby changing facilities, and a cafe serving hot and cold food. Dogs are welcome outside the building and in the cafe on a short lead. Picnics are allowed; barbecues and fires are not.
Car park closing times vary by season — see birmingham.gov.uk for full table. Visitor centre: winter (10am-4:20pm) / summer (10am-5:50pm). Park gates locked at dusk.
