Rock Up Birmingham is an indoor climbing centre with over 25 climbing walls offering progressive routes from beginner zones to technical challenges. The main activities are wall climbing (from age 4) with automatic belay devices, a multi-storey soft play area for younger children, the Leap of Faith vertical challenge, and Stairway to Heaven. Climbing sessions last around 90 minutes including a 30-minute safety briefing; soft play is stay-and-play all day during term-time weekdays, or typically 2 hours at weekends and school holidays. Toddler Climb & Play tickets suit up to age 5. The venue also hosts birthday parties and has snack zones. Everything is indoors year-round, and there is free parking available.
