Monkey Haven is the Isle of Wight's primate rescue centre, housing animals rescued from neglect and dangerous situations. You'll meet monkeys—including Cotton-top Tamarins, critically endangered primates that were once cramped together as illegal pets—alongside owls with injuries they couldn't survive in the wild, reptiles, and meerkats. The sanctuary shares the stories of individual animals and how they came to be there. You can stay as long as you like, with the option of a free 7-day return pass.
1 Apr - 1 Sep: daily 10am-5pm. 2 Sep - 1 Nov: daily 10am-4pm. Quiet Hour Wed & Sat 9-10am for SEN visitors.
