Go Ape Southampton sits in Itchen Valley Country Park beside the River Itchen, surrounded by 440 acres of water meadows and woodland. The site offers three levels of high ropes courses: Treetop Challenge with fast zip wires and tough obstacles (age 10+), Treetop Adventure Plus for confidence-building (age 6+), and Treetop Adventure for younger children over 1m tall (age 4–10). For those wanting something different, Axe Throwing is available for age 12+. The park has walking trails, play areas, a café halfway up the drive serving hot and cold food, and picnic areas. Dogs are allowed on leads.
