Z-arts is the UK's only dedicated arts centre for children and families. The venue offers theatre shows, creative classes, free activities, family escape rooms and interactive play experiences. Adventures in Wonderland is an interactive play space for ages 1–8 where families explore Lewis Carroll's world. Escape rooms include The Library of Enchantment (ages 8+), a seafaring and time-travelling adventure, and Mission: Mad Hatter (ages 9+), which combines escape room gameplay with a scavenger hunt and digital adventure. Recent theatre shows include dance and storytelling performances. On site are a children's library and a café.
