Flip Out Manchester is an indoor trampoline and adventure park with 16 attractions. Jump on trampolines in the Kids Arena, tackle the Ninja Obstacle Course and Ninja Wipeout, explore the laser maze, or practice slam dunks at Slamball. There's also a Cyber Tower, soft play for younger children, and go-karts. Several attractions require a minimum height of 1.2m. Sessions range from one to two hours, with toddler time available for under-5s. The venue hosts birthday parties and runs specialist sessions including ASD and disability sessions with adjusted lighting and sound.
