The Raptor Foundation is home to around 170 birds of prey, mostly rescued from injury or captivity. Visitors can watch displays of these birds' natural behaviours and learn about raptor conservation and welfare. The site offers Junior Keeper Days and Afternoon Tea in the Silent Wings tearoom. The Foundation also rescues, rehabilitates and returns injured native birds of prey to the wild, working with local veterinary professionals.
