Velocity Wigan is an indoor trampoline park aimed at families, with a large trampoline floor that includes basketball hoops, dodgeball, a foam pit, a giant airbag and tumble tracks. Younger children have their own sessions for the littlest jumpers, and there is a separate soft play area designed for smaller children to run and climb. Older children and teenagers can try the Clip n Climb arena, which has a set of climbing walls with challenges for first-time climbers as well as more experienced ones. Party rooms are available for birthday celebrations. Parking is free and the site sits close to the M6, so it is easy to reach for visitors from across the surrounding towns. Sessions are timed, so families should check the timetable and book ahead before setting out.
