Jump Space is a charity-run specialist centre in central Stockport, set up in 2008, where trampolining, rebound therapy, soft play and sensory play take place in one accessible building. Its main focus is disabled children and young people and their families, but the centre says everyone is welcome, with classes open to people with or without a disability. Siblings are encouraged to join in, so the whole family can play together. The space includes trampolines, a ball pool, a cocoon-style swing, interactive and sensory panels and a large sensory room. Baby and toddler sessions run on set days and are soft play only, with no trampolining. Hoists are available for the trampolines, and there is an accessible toilet with a changing bed. Families can bring their own snacks to an upstairs lounge area.
