Flip Out Rushden Lakes is an indoor trampoline and adventure park with 6 attractions. You can bounce on trampolines, use the stunt zone, play in the soft play area, try the inflatable obstacle course, and skate on the roller rink. Sessions last 1 or 2 hours with access to all attractions. There's a café on the terrace. Grip socks must be worn.
