Giggles Play and Adventure is an indoor soft play centre inside Lancaster Leisure Park, aimed at children from birth up to about ten years old. The main play frame is built for older children and has slides, climbing walls, ball pools, tunnels and bridges, while a smaller copy of the frame serves toddlers. A newer baby area adds a balance bar, sensory equipment and swings, so the youngest visitors have their own space away from bigger children. There is an enclosed sports area and a separate flat zone for ride-on toys and trikes. A café serves hot drinks and a seasonal menu, so parents can sit and watch while children play. The centre runs monthly sessions for children with special educational needs and hosts birthday parties in a dedicated party room. It suits a wet day or a winter outing with younger children who need a safe, enclosed place to run around.
Questions parents ask
- Is there anywhere to eat, or should we bring a picnic?
- Giggles has a café area where you can sit while your children play. They serve freshly made tea and coffee throughout the day, plus a menu that changes seasonally, with meal deal options available.
- Do we need to book, or can we turn up?
- Booking is recommended but not essential. Walk-in customers are accepted when space is available, though the venue reserves the right to close early if quiet and without bookings.
- How long should we allow?
- Sessions are a maximum of 2 hours at off-peak times, and you can book slots every hour from opening.
