Frankie & Lola's Burnley is an indoor soft play centre and cafe with a jungle theme, on one level beside the Asda superstore on Princess Way. The main play frame has a junior section with climbing nets, slides, rollers, tunnels and balance beams, while a smaller toddler area and a separate baby zone let the youngest children play nearby. A basketball and football court gives older children room to run about. The cafe offers a children's menu alongside adult food and coffee, and the venue runs themed birthday parties. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the visit. The venue also runs specific autism-friendly sessions with fewer children and quieter music, and it suggests quieter visiting times outside school holidays and weekends for families who prefer a calmer visit.
