Fuzzy Ed's

Fuzzy Ed's is an indoor soft play centre for younger children, based in the Red Lion pub on the Warrington Road side of Penketh. The play area has ball pits, slides and climbing structures, with a separate section for under-5s so smaller children can play without being crowded out. Older children up to about twelve use the main area. Parents can settle at the adjoining coffee and cake area while keeping an eye on the play space, and the pub kitchen serves lunch and dinner for afterwards. Sessions usually come with biscuits and squash, and there is a tuck shop on site. The centre is a popular choice for weekday visits, weekend outings and school holidays, and it also hosts birthday parties with private rooms available. Because the play is indoors, it works as a dependable option in wet weather.
