Play Den

Play Den is a soft play area on the mezzanine at Gloucester Quays, run by Clip 'n Climb Gloucester. Spread across four levels, it has cargo nets, hanging bags, bumpy and spiral slides and plenty of climbing platforms for children to work through. It is aimed at children under 10 and under 135cm tall, and there is a separate toddler area for the youngest visitors, with a further zone for children aged two to five. Parents can watch from the South Ridge Café opposite, which serves coffee, light meals and cakes. Adult supervision is required at all times. Sessions are booked in time blocks, and the venue also hosts soft play birthday parties with a deposit to secure the date. It suits families with babies, toddlers and primary-age children looking for an active indoor morning or afternoon out, whatever the weather.
