A sanctuary and children's farm in the countryside near Banbury, with meadowland, hedgerows and wildlife ponds around the grounds. Visitors can feed goats, donkeys, emus, geese, ducks and rabbits, and the cuddle corner lets younger children handle baby animals with an adult supervising. A large outdoor playground with a tractor, swings and a Wendy house keeps smaller children busy between animal visits. Wooded paths around the farm are a gentle place to walk, and the sanctuary also takes in animals that need a new home. Most of the visit is outdoors and some walkways can be muddy after rain, so wellies and warm layers are worth bringing. It suits toddlers and primary-age children best, and a visit usually fills a couple of hours.
