The Jump Zone is an indoor trampoline park in Beckton, east London, built around an interconnected freestyle trampoline arena. Alongside the trampolines there are trampoline-powered basketball hoops, an air-tracked football pitch with scoring targets, a dodgeball arena with light-up targets, an LED reaction wall and a giant inflatable bootcamp course with slides and obstacles. It suits families with children of primary-school age and older, and younger children can join toddler-focused weekday sessions, with under-4s needing an adult alongside them. Older children can jump without a parent once they are 12, while younger ones must be supervised on site. There is a café serving pizzas, hot dogs and kids' meals, party rooms for birthdays, and calmer SEN sessions on Sunday mornings. Grip socks are required for jumpers. Booking online is recommended, especially at weekends and in school holidays.
