Junkyard Golf Club is a crazy golf venue built from reclaimed and pre-loved junk, set in the Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane in east London. Players tackle several themed 9-hole courses full of bizarre obstacles, slides, bathtubs and UV-lit holes, and the courses suit small groups playing together. The club is known as a night-out venue with bars at the courses, so it suits families mainly on weekday afternoons and early evenings, when under-18s are admitted with an adult. Under-18s must be accompanied, and the London venue's rules on when children may visit are stricter than at the northern sites. The atmosphere is loud and brightly lit, which may not suit very young children or those sensitive to noise and flashing lights. Older children and teenagers are the most natural fit for the courses.
Under-18 access is limited to weekday/Sunday early evening slots, so school holidays and Sundays are the practical family windows; check before travelling.
