Waterfront Hall is one of Northern Ireland's leading entertainment venues, set on Lanyon Place in the heart of Belfast city centre beside the River Lagan. As well as big-name concerts and comedy, it programmes a dedicated family line-up including pantomime, family shows and children's events, with tickets booked in advance for individual performances. The venue supports families on event days with a Sensory Cooldown Area for children up to age six and loanable Sensory Packs (ear defenders, sensory toys), plus complimentary Essential Companion or Carer tickets for visitors who need assistance. The venue opens to the public on event days only; the customer service team (phone, email and social) is available 12pm-6pm Monday to Friday.
