Go Ape Normanby Hall

Go Ape Normanby Hall is an outdoor treetop adventure course set in the historic parkland of Normanby Hall Country Park, near Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire. The high ropes courses climb through the trees of the 300-acre park, with intricate crossings, wobbly bridges and a zip wire finale. Two courses are on offer: Treetop Adventure, designed with younger families in mind, with safe crossings and zip wires for children aged 4 and over (minimum height 1m), and the more challenging Treetop Challenge for older children (age 10+) and adults. Each session gives about an hour in the trees; allow an extra 30-60 minutes for check-in, harness fitting and the safety briefing. The Country Park offers a cafe, toilets, baby-changing facilities, picnic areas, a gift shop and paid parking, and the stately home and deer park are nearby. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on site on leads (not on the course). Sessions must be booked in advance and the venue operates seasonally, typically from late winter through autumn.
