Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park Southampton brings the ITV show's obstacle course to Antelope Retail Park on Bursledon Road. Climbers aged 4+ (adults of any age welcome) tackle fixed ninja lanes, the famous Warped Wall and a giant inflatable zone during timed 1-2 hour sessions that must be pre-booked online, with waivers completed before arrival. Children under 12 need a supervising adult on site; under-6s must be accompanied by a paying adult on the course. Fully indoor, it is a great rainy-day energy burner. The first-floor cafe serves food and drinks with a free spectator viewing area (cashless venue), free lockers are available, and parking at the retail park is free when you register your vehicle at reception.
School-holiday schedule (per homepage): Sun-Thu 10am-6pm, Fri 10am-9pm, Sat 9am-8pm. Summer Pass: 6 weeks of ninja sessions during the summer holidays.
