Betteshanger Park (Betteshanger Country Park) is a vibrant outdoor destination on the site of a former colliery near Deal, Kent. Open 7 days a week, the park offers something for the whole family all year round: cycling trails and mountain bike tracks, a play area for children aged 2-12, the Boonies outdoor obstacle course, archery, fossil hunting and orienteering. Visitors can also discover the local heritage at the on-site Mining Museum or follow the Collier's Way trail. The Lamp Room restaurant is open at weekends, bank holidays and throughout school holidays. Entry on foot or by bicycle is free; paid car parking operates via ANPR.
Park open all year round. Restaurant and cycle hire/bike tracks open 7 days a week throughout school holidays.
