Outdoor woodland paintball at Skirmish Paintball Nottingham, part of Sherwood Forest Activity Centre near Budby in Nottinghamshire. Running since 1988, the centre offers a wide range of themed battle zones including villages, forts, trenches, towers and barricades, with acres of woodland to play in. Juniors aged 8-14 can enjoy low-impact pump-action paintball with smaller, gentler paintballs, free coverall, goggle and air refill hire, and unlimited-paint junior party packages (8-12 years, 2-hour sessions, GBP 295 for up to 14 players). Adults and teens can choose Classic full-day or half-day paintball packages (from GBP 10 per person), walk-on sessions, and upgrades including extra paintballs, smoke grenades and the Sniper package. Games last 15-25 minutes with around 8-10 games in a full day. On-site reception serves burgers, hot food and drinks, and there is free parking. Pre-booking is essential - book online or call 0115 945 2427. Minimum age for junior paintball is 8; standard paintball is 11+.
