Parking is GBP5.00 all day (increased from GBP3 on 2 July 2026). ANPR cameras in operation; pay by card at machines before exiting. Season pass GBP40/year. No vehicle access to the lawns or in front of the Courtyard.

Thoresby Park sits on 150 acres of parkland, woodland and gardens in Nottinghamshire. The grounds offer walks and picnic spots among the beauty. Visitors can try disc golf, visit the play café, or join Sherwood Nordic Walking sessions. There's a courtyard with shops and a cafe, and a summer holiday trail runs through July and September. The estate also hosts workshops in cyanotype, ceramics, jewellery and general crafts, plus outdoor events and makers markets.
The Royal Lancers and Nottinghamshire Yeomanry Museum is closed from 1st December to 28th February.
