Bodmin Leisure Centre

Bodmin Leisure Centre is a Better (GLL) leisure centre run in partnership with Cornwall Council, located on Lostwithiel Road in Bodmin. Swimming is at the heart of this family-friendly centre: a six-lane 25m main pool, a competition-standard eight-lane 25m pool and a learner pool (max depth 0.7m), with pool water heated to 29 degrees. Children can build confidence in the water through the Better Swim School, and there are sessions for lane swimming or a fun family swim.

The centre is also home to Cornwall's only indoor tennis centre, with all-year-round indoor courts on a high-performance acrylic surface plus floodlit outdoor courts. There are floodlit synthetic football and hockey pitches, two squash courts available to hire in 45-minute slots, a gym with modern Technogym equipment including free weights and a functional training zone, and three air-conditioned fitness studios with sprung floors offering classes such as Yoga, Group Cycle, Aqua Aerobics and Body Conditioning.

Parking is free with 117 spaces including 7 disabled bays. The building has step-free access, ramp access, a lift, accessible changing facilities and a poolside hoist. Operated by GLL, a charitable social enterprise, in partnership with Cornwall Council.
